Control Room

Ladbroke Security Services operate a fully secure control room from their offices at, Unit2 2-4 Exmoor Street,  London W10 6BD, which is inspected in accordance with BS7499 with all control personnel are externally trained in the process of control room operations to recognised standards that become credits towards an NVQ qualification.

  • Alarm Monitoring
  • Alarm Response Co-Ordination

  • Mobile Supervision Control

In support of this operation the control room is fully computerised operating the Logosoft Personnel Management System consisting of Roster Manager, Operations Manager and Call Manager and in addition to this a vetting management system.
