Keyholding and Alarm Response Service
Ladbroke Security Services Ltd a registered member of the International Professional Security Association (IPSA) offers a key holding service where customer’s keys are held in a secure environment within our 24hour manned Control Centre. The security of these keys is maintained by the adherence to strict guidelines as laid down in the British Standard 7499 and compliance is independently audited by the inspection body of I.P.S.A. and our quality management inspectors ISOQAR
In the event that your premises alarm is activated out of hours then our control centre will receive notification from your monitoring company and respond by dispatching a fully trained, uniformed mobile response officer to investigate the cause of the activation.
On arrival usually within 20 minutes* an external check of your premises is conducted to ascertain if any evidence exists as to forced entry, if necessary the police are requested to attend and assist in the entry of the building. If no evidence of forced entry exists then the premises are entered in accordance with your instructions and the alarm system is inspected to determine the cause and area of the activation.
In the event of a false alarm or faulty equipment then this can be dealt with by the experienced officer who can contact the necessary engineers on your behalf and have the problem resolved immediately or failing this then ensure the property is adequately secured and leave the relevant report for your attention the following morning. In any event you have the knowledge that your building is being cared for and looked after in a professional manner.
